Our rolled steel plate straightening machine has the function of leveling shape and correction, relying on high-tension clamps to stretch the steel plate above the yield point. This process is an effective way to eliminate residual stress in steel. The working principle of the stretcher leveler is to stretch the entire cross-section of the strip from top to bottom and from one side to the other to above the yield point, effectively balancing the random stress and eliminating springback.

The main drive AC motor controller of the electrical transmission control system of our tension leveler uses the Inovance MD880 series inverter speed control device, and the auxiliary drive motor uses the Inovance MD500 series inverter. The control system is equipped with a PROFINET communication processing board, which communicates with the basic automation PLC, completes the setting of system operation parameters, controls the coordinated work of the motors of the entire line, and ensures the stability of constant control and speed constant tension control.
