The
straightening machine is specially used to deal with various uneven problems that occur during the rolling process of the coil, such as waves on both sides, unilateral warping, bulging in the middle, deformation of the ribs on both sides, and overall warping or concavity.
When the coil is rolled, if the roller shape is not adjusted or the roller gap is not controlled in place, these deformation problems are prone to occur. The plate is stretched unevenly in the width direction, and the internal stress is messed up. In order to level these uneven places and make the stress distribution inside the plate more uniform, a
tension leveler is needed to correct it.
The unwinding machine of the
plate leveller unit adopts the upper unwinding method and has the function of reverse inching operation. Its entrance part is designed with automatic coiling and automatic tail swinging. It can track the weld seam. The weld seam is at the entrance of the straightening machine, and the roller box automatically opens. After passing through the straightening machine, the roller box automatically closes.
