The main structure of the
plate leveller includes a frame, two sets of upper bending rollers, two sets of lower bending rollers, one set of anti-transverse bending straightening rollers, one set of anti-longitudinal bending, a manual roller changing device, and four sets of straightening rollers.
Our
tension leveler transmission control system has forward and reverse control functions, the unwinding section and winding section have automatic coil diameter tracking and constant tension control functions, and the process section has a constant elongation control function. The basic automation control system uses Siemens S7-1500 series PLC control. The automation monitoring system consists of a PLC, a touch screen, and a monitoring network.
