The straightening machine stretches, bends, and straightens the strip under a certain tension to eliminate the strip's wavy, curved, and other plate defects, improve the straightness of the plate, and partially eliminate the yield platform, thereby improving the quality of the plate.

The strip is straightened through two bending machines and two straightening machines. The tension leveler has two control modes: elongation and tension. The equipment consists of a storage table, a support arm, an unwinder, a welding machine, a tension roller group, an oiling machine, a rewinder, a hydraulic system, an electronic control system, etc.

The unwinder adopts an upper unwinding method and has a reverse slow-forward function. The entrance part is designed with automatic rewinding and automatic tail swing functions. Weld tracking, the weld is at the entrance of the straightening machine, the roller box automatically opens, and after passing through the stretcher leveler, the roller box automatically closes. The weld automatically stops at the exit cross-cutting position to complete the shearing of the weld, the sample, and the material head.
