In November 2024, the Guohui Color Coating Line equipped by our company was successfully debugged in Zhongshan. The Coating Line equipment structure consists of an unwinder, a stitching machine, a cleaning unit, a tension roller unit, a looper unit, an oiling unit, a curing furnace, and a winder. The unit is designed to have a maximum process speed of 30m/min. The electrical system uses S7-1500 series products and PROFINET/DP communication. The Coil Color Coating Line unit has an inlet and outlet looper unit to store materials, which can realize non-stop loading and unloading of materials. The PLC control system is equipped with a human-machine interface, and a 15-inch color touch screen is selected to be configured at the entrance and exit console. AC transmission is used to reduce maintenance costs.
