Automated Slitting Machine for Industrial Use

A coil slitting machine is used to cut wide steel coils longitudinally into different narrow strips to help the continuous production of cold-rolled steel products. Our slitting machine can reach a maximum speed of more than 100m/min for thick material production lines and a maximum speed of 400m/min for thin material production lines.

Coil slitting line is used to slit carbon steel coils and hot dip galvanized coils in preparation for the next process.

The hydraulic inlet coil. The trolley of the automatic coil slitting machine can move horizontally and vertically to facilitate the loading of steel coils into the uncoiler. It is used to lift up and down and move forward and backward to facilitate the loading of coils into the uncoiler. The lifting is controlled by hydraulics, and the movement is driven by motors. The trolley is controlled by an auxiliary control panel. When the coil is loaded on the uncoiler, the trolley will return to the starting position. It can also be used to transport unfinished coils back from the uncoiler.
