The
annealing line unwinds and welds the raw materials into continuous strip steel, and fully degreases the steel strip through processes such as pickling, acid brushing, electrolytic cleaning, water brushing, and rinsing to remove surface oil and pollutants. The steel strip undergoes complete
annealing and pickling, and reduction process, including precisely controlled heating, soaking, rapid cooling, aging, secondary cooling, water quenching, and drying stages to enhance the microstructure and mechanical properties. The straightening and leveling process optimizes the straightness and surface quality of the steel strip, and precision edge cutting is performed to remove irregular scrap. After quality inspection, protective oiling is applied on the slitting and re-coiling processes to produce finished steel strips with consistent dimensional accuracy and good surface properties.
